FAQs

  • We act as an introducer for commercial roofing projects across the North of England.
We source and propose contract opportunities to qualified commercial roofing contractors.
If you win the job, we earn a commission. We are not a roofing company and we never carry out construction work ourselves.

  • No. Our service is strictly “no win, no fee.”
You only pay us a commission after you successfully secure the contract we introduced.

  • Our commission is a fixed percentage of the total contract value (excluding VAT) that you agree with the end client.
The percentage is agreed with you in writing before you accept the opportunity.

  • The commission becomes payable once:

    1. You sign a contract (or otherwise formally agree) with the end client, and

    2. You receive your first payment or the project officially starts—whichever comes first.

You’ll have a set number of days (as agreed in your contract with us) to pay.

  • No. We carefully vet opportunities but we cannot guarantee an award of work.
You remain responsible for pricing, bidding, and negotiating with the end client.

  • We focus on commercial roofing opportunities across the North of England, including (but not limited to) Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Yorkshire, and the North East.

  • No. We are a business development and introductions service only.
Any surveys, designs, or specifications are handled directly between you and the end client.

  • None. Our only fee is the agreed commission if you win the contract.
There are no retainers, subscription charges, or admin fees.

  • Yes. Before we share full details of an opportunity, we ask you to sign a simple Commission Agreement outlining:

    • the commission percentage

    • payment terms

    • confidentiality and non-circumvention clauses

This protects both parties and ensures transparency.

  • Through a mix of industry contacts, property owners, facility managers, and ongoing market research.
We focus on genuine, qualified commercial roofing projects where we believe a contractor has a realistic chance of winning.

  • In rare circumstances. In certain cases we may introduce the same opportunity to more than one contractor, but we’ll tell you up front if that’s the case.

  • We’re a UK limited company acting as an introducer and commission agent.
While we are not a construction firm, we comply with relevant UK commercial and data-protection laws (including the UK GDPR).

    • Contact us with your company details, experience, and areas of expertise.

    • We’ll review and, if there’s a good fit, provide our Commission Agreement for signature.

    • Once signed, we can begin introducing qualified commercial roofing opportunities.
